Passports

Passports are essential components of the Passport Accountability System, designed to securely hold Passport Name Tags and facilitate efficient personnel tracking during emergency responses. These Velcro-covered boards are typically mounted on the apparatus dashboard for easy access.
Recommended Setup:
Three Passports per Apparatus:
Flexible Passport: Carried by the officer on a radio strap or coat until transferred to the Incident Commander.
Rigid Passport: Remains in the apparatus to identify arriving firefighters.
Station Reserve Passport: Kept at the station as a backup.
