Our Custom Leather Helmet Shields are meticulously crafted to provide both durability and personalization for firefighting professionals. Each shield is made from high-quality vegetable-tanned leather, cut and pressed in-house using custom dies. The base color is hand-painted, and laser-engraved lettering is filled with reflective glass beads to enhance visibility. A heavy-duty looped Velcro backing is then glued and sewn on, ensuring a secure attachment to your helmet.
